Scripture Union of Kenya is part of the worldwide family of Scripture Unions, as an inter-denominational organization that operates in over 130 nations of the world. The organization started as Children Special Service Ministry (CSSM) with the express mission of reaching out to children with the Good News of Jesus Christ. The ministry has evolved and now has components that target young people adults as well.
The aims of Scripture Union are two fold and include:
1). Making God’s Good News known to Children, Young people and families.
2). Encouraging people of all ages to meet God daily through the Bible and prayer. Ultimately, Scripture Union would like to see people come to personal faith in Jesus Christ, grow in Christian maturity and become servants in a world in need.

Who will he marry? Symposium - 28th-30th Sept |

 Scripture Union of Kenya Lake Region has planned a child-centred, community driven symposium to run from 28th to 30th September in Kisumu.
The goal of this symposium is to empower people in the local communities to develop their own culture-specific tools for girl-child empowerment in education.
The target audience is social, intellectual and health children workers. We invite you to come and be part of this initiative to help redress the challenges that our young people are facing in their learning environment.
